Questions about buses, trains and ferries

When is my seat booked?

Right after you pay. Our desk books the seat with the operator and sends you the e-ticket, usually within the hour. If a seat cannot be booked, you get your money back in full.

How is the departure time chosen?

You pick a time of day: morning, afternoon, evening or overnight. We book the departure nearest to it and send the exact time with your ticket. Need a set time? Write it in the notes.

How do I get my ticket?

By email and on WhatsApp, as an e-ticket. Show it on your phone or print it. Be at the pick-up point 20 minutes before departure.

Can I change or cancel my ticket?

Changes and refunds follow the operator's rules, which we tell you before anything is changed. Write to us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we handle it for you.

Are ferry port fees included?

Yes. The ferry price includes the port fee and our booking fee, so nothing more is due at the port.
