In short. Rooms require regular maintenance and painting.
Michael, DE · Couple9.0
Tue 13 Oct + Contrary to the sometimes negative ratings, I was fully fine with all aspects including personnel, location, noise, beach etc. though too costly. But Nyali in general is an expensive area.
Cosmas, Kenya · Couple6.0
Sun 13 Sep Its was fairly okay but the rooms need complete renovation, the + Wifi, Pool and beach − Meals, old rooms and maybe the food
Dennis Gicheru, Kenya · Solo3.0
Fri 19 Jun Fair + The facility is old and need improvements, − I didn’t like the aging equipments from old shower area, very old safe, old and worn out cabinets, generally the equipment in the room and the facility at large need improvement.
Deepak, India · Couple5.0
Mon 27 Apr average − The rooms were too old an infrastructure. They must upgrade it. There was no option for early check in and no 24/7 support was given to us.
DORIS, Kenya · Family5.0
Fri 27 Mar Not worth the money at all + The facility was a beachfront yet close to malls and amenities. The staff were friendly. − The food was basic and did not have variety. The facility is old and needs some modernisation. I was on an all inclusive plan, but it was totally not worth it as there was not much to enjoy...
Khan, Kenya · Solo7.0
Thu 11 Sep + You're friendly staff. Especially Florentina and Faith they made our stay more comfortable. Otherwise just because I booked on booking.com seems like staff were offended. I'm glad the sales manager Florentina gave me her card. Would recommend this to... − Amenities need redurshibmesnt

Thu 11 Sep i would always come back given the location, pricing, beach and the pool + Pool was excellent , and the lifesaver is very alert beach was nice room were good, but requires regular painting − most of the structures are old structures too much fat/oils in food
G, Kenya · Solo10.0
Sat 6 Sep + I had a fantastic stay at Reef Hotel in Nyali. The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is...
Steven L, United Kingdom · Solo9.0
Mon 4 Aug Good beach side hotel value for money great staff + Very friendly and helpful staff − My room had an ancient safe too small to put in a medium sized laptop. Also it had 3 alphabetical dials and didn't appear to have been used for a long time. Additionally it was not bolted down...
John, CA · Family1.0
Wed 2 Jul + The location − It needs renovated especially the room I was in
