Safety, helmet and what to wear.
- No vehicle is involved. You each make your own way to the agreed place each week.
- Whatever is comfortable. Cafes and libraries keep the air conditioning cold, so bring a light layer.
- You are indoors. A week with bad weather can be moved by agreement.
What we ask of you

- Keep passports, passwords and payment details to yourself during a session
