+ This is a lovely property. I think you need more food options on site, such as a nice coffee shop, and 2 other cuisine

+ The staff are the best. They provide exceptional service. Only issue is with the food. Prefer more variety and also only buffet like other resorts.

+ (1) We were disappointed with the airport pick-up service we booked several weeks in advance, which never materialised, especially as we had been travelling internationally for the preceeding 3 days. Thankfully a local taxi person helped us out - we hope...

+ Pros: Great hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
Cons: There was ongoing construction during our stay, and the hotel did not maintain the beach, which made the overall experience feel overpriced for what was offered.

+ The live music was very loud and frequently went on until 11pm. I have to be up early to do medical camp so didn’t appreciate the late finish and the volume of the live music. I shall book a quieter room well away from the live music next time I visit
