In short. Generally described as clean and hygienic in many reviews, but there are recurring issues with external windows/glass, a dirty glass wall affecting photos, and a problematic bathtub drain that required technician intervention.

Sat 24 Oct Comfortable stay + This is my second stay at Towers Rotana. The best part is the location its very close to the metro & Dubai mall is just 2 stops away. Clean & comfortable place. Got early check in after an overnight tiring flight. Breakfast is good , really enjoyed the... − The location of the bathroom door was a little uncomfortable. Bathtub drain opener was very hard, had to call a technician every time to open it.

Sat 24 Oct + The room was big and clean − The glass wall is not clean, and it affects the quality of the pictures we are taking.
