Absolutely LOVED the Zanzibar Coffee House+ I loved everything about the Zanzibar Coffee House. The building itself is so beautiful! My room was spacious and comfortable. My private bathroom was just down the hall and it was fantastic...wish I could replicate it at my house.

We loved it. It was a first class experience.+ It felt like an authentic Stone Town experience. The staff, particularly Philomena and Miriam were so friendly and helpful. The views from the rooftop were great!− It took time to get used to having the bathroom down the hall but it was very clean and private.

A wonderful opportunity to stay in a Stone Town original house+ The breakfast was great and the location,despite some steep stairs, was exceptional. The staff were excellent− I think spraying the room with insect repellent is a good idea, but guests need to be told that they have to stay away from their rooms for at least 20 minutes before it is safe to go back in.
