The main pool area was lovely and great for lounging. Plenty of food options within the resort — The Shack, The Kitchen... − Our room was missing the drying rack and umbrella. We only realised these were supposed to be provided after noticing that the other rooms had them. One of the pillows had a strong stale, musty...

Fri 14 Aug We were excited to stay at Sol by Melia based on the reviews but were underwhelmed on arrival. The pool is stunning over + Good location in between Phu quoc city centre and sunset town. Gorgeous pool area overlooking the beach − Dated property not as pictured with mould and dampness in rooms. Rooms smelt stale and had to have humidifier to avoid damp. Poor food choice at restaurants
