Questions about a private car

Is the price per person or per car?

Per car. The price you see is for the whole car and driver, whatever the number of people in it, up to the seats shown on the card. Fuel, tolls, parking and the driver are inside.

What happens if my flight is late?

Add your flight number when you book. We watch the flight and the driver waits for the real landing time. At an airport the first 60 minutes after landing are free; elsewhere the driver waits 15 minutes free.

How do I find my driver?

The day before, we send the driver's name, phone number and the car's plate on WhatsApp. At the airport the driver waits at arrivals with your name on a sign.

Can I cancel or change the time?

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before pick-up; the hour is written on your voucher. To change the time or the place, write on WhatsApp with your order reference and a person changes it.

Can I bring a child seat or lots of luggage?

Add a child seat on the details step. Tell us your large bags when you search: only cars with room for your group and your bags are shown. For bigger groups, the minivan takes up to 12 people.
